The membership starts from the first visit or one month from the date of purchase, whichever is earlier.

The auto start date may be changed, subject to the request for extension conditions being met.

If you cancel fitness class less than 5 hours before it starts, your package will be automatically deducted. For unlimited packages, 1 day will be deducted from the remaining duration. For entry packages, 1 entry will be deducted from the total available entries.

If you change your mind about a class you have booked, please cancel the class at least 5 business hours in advance and we will release your spot to other members in the Waitlist. In addition, do note that:

  • For classes between 8:30am and 1:30pm on weekdays, cancellations must be made by 9pm the night before.
  • For all classes on weekends, cancellations must be made by 6pm the night before.

Yes, you can request an extension for your membership expiry date. However, the extension will only be granted for a minimum duration of five (5) days.

Sure! You may request an extension for your membership if you:

  • Are pregnant – Provide proof of a doctor’s letter or child’s birth certificate. Re-activation of membership must be done within 6 months of the child delivery date.
  • Have medical condition – Provide proof of a doctor’s letter stating the medical condition and exemption from physical exercise.
  • Are overseas – Provide proof of travel documents such as a passport or air tickets.

You will need to submit proof of documents within 1 month from the last date reflected in the document and the minimum extension period is five (5) days.

You may submit an extension request via the Amore Fitness mobile app. Go to “My Profile” section, then select “Others.” Choose the specific package and enter the start and end dates for the extension. Finally, upload the required proof document within the provided square box – if you have multiple documents, you will need to collate them into one file before uploading.

Latecomers will not be permitted to enter the fitness studio 10 minutes after the class has started, this is to prevent any inconvenience to other members.

Yes, advanced booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred date and time of service. Fitness class bookings can be made 1 week in advance via our Amore Fitness mobile app.

Yes, to ensure your spot in the class, it is necessary to also reserve a spot after you have booked the class. This will help us manage the class capacity and ensure that you will have a guaranteed spot in the class when you arrive.

Only water or isotonic drinks can be taken into the studio.

Do walk into your preferred outlet or give them a call to enquire – our staff will be able to best assist you. You may find the address and contact number of our outlets via our Locate Us page.

You will need to produce your membership card upon entry and at any other given time when you are using our facilities. It is mandatory for entry and identification purposes – entry may be denied if you fail to produce your membership card.
